WoW
Leveling Guide

Hi, good
. Nobody likes being picked
on. No one enjoys being called a newbie. Unfortunately, that is
exactly what will happen when you begin life as a character in
World of Warcraft. Using the information and tips in this
WoW Leveling Guide will help learn how to level up and
end your existence as a 98 lb. weakling.
You need experience points to level up. If you
haven’t noticed, "war" is part of the title of the game, so it
makes perfect sense that much of your experience is gained from
fighting. You even earn experience while logged out in a manner
called Rested Experience.

The experience you receive upon defeat of an enemy
increases based on rested experience. Rested Experience is
earned no matter where you are logged out, but more is gained
when logged out at an Inn.
Questing is another method by which to gain
experience. Not only do you receive reward items upon
completion of a quest, you will have obtained valuable
experience.
As you increase levels, your skill levels also
increase. You will gain a talent point as you level up,
starting at Level 10 and usually on even-numbered levels
thereafter. As this level increases, it enables your character
to seek out and learn advanced skills from a trainer.
Some players look forward to the thrill of taking
on monsters of higher levels than themselves for the big
experience point payout. Others prefer to grind it out by
killing those of lower levels. You will probably come across
WoW Leveling Guides that promote both schools of thought. It is
many players’ opinion that these methods even out.
You may receive more points from higher level
monsters, but you will probably die more often. Lower level
monsters yield fewer points, requiring more to be killed and
more time consumed.
As exhilarating as it is to show off your
increasing level to other players and take on bigger and badder
foes, there is a level cap. Initially, it was 60 and then
increased to 70 with the release of Burning Crusade. Some were
still frustrated, so Blizzard Entertainment releases Wrath of
the Lich King, allowing players to reach the lofty heights of
80. There are rumors that Blizzard would like to reach a cap of
100 eventually.
Following are some things to bear in mind when
leveling up. Try to complete more than one portion of a quest
chain before heading back to a town. You should also attempt as
many quests as possible simultaneously.
When you confront something close to you in level,
kill it. Do not continuously kill enemies lower than you,
because you will suffer diminishing rewards on your points
until the yield is zero. 1 level above or 3 below is usually
safe.
Take the basic methods discussed in this WoW
Leveling Guide and venture into the lands of Azeroth. You will
be the envy of everyone everywhere before you know it. Good
luck and happy leveling.
I hope you found this WoW Leveling Guide
helpful.
All the best
